How much does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany and Austria is free for orders of €99 or more. For orders below €99 we charge €5.90 for shipping.
We ship to all other EU countries for €14.90.
How long does shipping take?
Within Germany, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link.
Can I return my order free of charge?
Yes. Returns are free of charge for you. You can easily return or exchange your order within 14 days.
